PenNav is Penguin's indoor and campus-wide navigation platform. It guides patients and visitors from the car park to the clinic door where GPS can't reach, reducing missed appointments and the time staff spend giving directions.
Two ways to deliver wayfinding:
PenNav Pro: a full mobile experience with a live blue dot, turn-by-turn guidance, multi-floor maps, accessible routing for visitors with special needs and offline positioning. It can live inside your existing hospital app through an SDK.
PenNav Q: web-based wayfinding on kiosks, digital signage or a visitor's mobile browser by QR code, with no app install needed.
Facility teams create and update 2D and 3D maps, departments, points of interest and routes themselves from one content management platform, so maps stay current without reprinting signage. PenNav also integrates with parking, GIS and facility management systems and provides visitor analytics.
