Quality Improvement Programs

We understand each organisation may be at a different stage in its quality improvement journey. It’s why we have developed multiple quality programs to meet the requirements and needs of various types of healthcare organisations. These programs range from the most basic (Foundation) to the most advanced (Beyond Accreditation) to ensure all organisations have access to a product relevant to their maturity and quality journey. Foundation For organisations commencing their quality and safety journey with limited resources to support ongoing improvements. Foundation Achievement can only be sought through the Advanced Notice Approach. Recognition For facilities that haven’t commenced their quality improvement journey, but may not be able to meet the evaluation requirements of the MA (Marked Achievement) elements needed to achieve Accreditation. This level of achievement can only be sought through the Advanced Notice Approach. Accreditation For facilities that are advanced on their quality journey and can meet the evaluation requirements of the MA (Marked Achievement) elements to support continuous improvement. Beyond Accreditation For organisations striving for continued improvement: Person Centred Systems (PCS) Centre of Excellence (CoE)
