MimoPad is a contactless monitoring solution for care environments, designed to be placed underneath the mattress without affecting the resident or patient. It continuously monitors bed occupancy, movement, heart rate, respiration and HRV while the person is in bed, without cameras, wearables or direct body contact.
The MimoHub processes sensor signals locally and provides real-time data through BLE, MQTT or HTTP APIs for integration into existing care and nurse-call systems. Events such as bed exits, prolonged absence, unusual restlessness or configurable changes in monitored parameters can be used to trigger notifications.
A dedicated software interface enables caregivers to monitor beds and relevant parameters, supporting unobtrusive overnight monitoring in eldercare, nursing and assisted-living environments.
